EATC code 024

For several days my 1999 Lincoln town car A/C blows warm air . I did a EATC self test and it showed 024 code I know it means blend door short So do I need to change the blend door actuator ??

I'm sorry guys I know this site is only for Marauders but it has alot of info about panthers . This site is one of the best sites that care about panthers .
