Has anyone heard the flowmaster race mufflers on a Marauder? They are smaller than the regular flows. I have heard them on a 95 Lincoln mark 8 and they sound good, but the mufflers are placed all the way near the bumper of the car like an 05 and up mustang. I had an 05 Mustang with flowmasters on it and it sounded different (not as good) than my 01 and my 02 Mustang with the same mufflers.I was thinking of putting the race ones on my new Marauder. The other one has 40series and I like them, but I want more sound. Any thoughts??

If you want a louder sound then just remove the mufflers and just run with the stock resonated Tips. You'll probably like the sound, but you'll also get more attention than you actually wanted.

I have these on my 85 Mustang GT in 3"...

Considering they are designed for OUTLAW 10.5 and PROSTOCK Drag Racing, they are pretty mean for a street-car...

Do they have the "Flowmaster" sound?

That depends... Yes, because they are loud etc... and no, because they are a straight thru design as opposed to a chamber style like their street mufflers.

Straight through are definitely loud. The Borla ProXS on mine don't do much muffling.
