Ok, my boost gauge hasn't worked since the trilogy install and i figured it was because of a bad ferrule that i had to reuse on the engine side. So i bought a new hose kit and installed today just to learn i still have no vacuum at all inside the car to operate the guage and controll the bap. I also suspect that this is why i felt that this s/c could be doing more than it is. The bap requires pressure through the 1/8" vacuum line to boost the fuel, right? So this hole time i have been running lean condition wood also add to less power and a harmful situation right? So does anyone have a clue as to where my problem could be stemming from?

Lean is more power. Your vacuum source is probably to blame.

Like Rich said, lean is more, but it's unsafe to run it if you've been pushing it. Do you have a dyno tune? If so, what's your A/F?

Believe me its been pushed, no dyno thankfully. I have just been told that i will have to remove the blower and drill out the hole. Has this happened to any other trilogy owner besides the one i have just heard about at the other site and me?

Charlie, you kick a** my friend, you steped right up for the challenge and i thank you. I put a small piece of old 1/8" vacuum line in the hole and had a 1/2" like you said and then it hung up on something elasticy like a small amount of silicone, it popped through like nothing. I started her up a sure enough it had a huge vacuum leak now. Thanks for your input, i owe you one. And i'm obviously very happy that i don't need to remove the blower!!!! I'll get this buttoned up tomorrow and let you know the outcome.
