View Full Version : GTO and SRT-8 a done deal

Raced a 6.0l failomatic GTO with LT's, tune, CAI, shift kit and a 75 shot and handed him his ass end over end. Went from a dig, 20 roll, and a 40 roll. Out of the hole we were even, then that beautiful sound of whistling just became very overpowering and I easily pulled on him. The rolling races, I had traction issues on both, but still managed to beat him by about 2 1/2 cars or so. Then coming back home, I came up on a SRT Charger and we did two stoplight races. Funny, he seemed easier than the GTO did with a Mopar CB and intake?:beer: :burnout:

Some widen wheels with some fat rubber on the back should help with the traction...maybe. Nice kill!

Thanks guys! I was more pysched to kill the SRT than the GTO though. I did run a 6.0 GTO M6 a few weeks ago, but it was an improper race and I want a fair race running against one.

Reminds me of that GTO I spanked at SSHS7. I expected more from a NO2 GTO.

With pleasure. I'm sure he'll have fun running against me and Mike. Seriously, bring the Mach instead, I want you to whoop him badly since he claims a GTO can walk all over a Mach.
