Who has a black vic with PANTHER on their plate. The car also has some truck nuts hanging from the rear axel. I don't recall what state, but someones into these cars with a plate like that. I don't recall what letter was missing because the plate only fit 7.

Anyone?

No it read the word panther, but in a shortened form. I forgot about your plate, very cool!

i know who that is i have seen and talk to that guy at the local hooters car show. he has black truck nuts on it and its the kenny brown panther ed. the guy is cool as hell and i never knew anything about them kind of vics until i saw that one. oh and he is from here in IL, brandon
