My fox mustang (DUW!)

I realized I never really took that many pics of my 1990 Mustang. It's got 205,000 miles, all original drivetrain and body. And as you can see, paint. :) But, for what it is, it's not too beat up.

The "Cobra" tails I made myself from 85/86 taillights and black pinstripe. I couldn't stand the thought of buying these tails for $89 each, so I bought the 85's for $25 for the pair. Repolished them, painted the inserts flat black, and added the pinstriping. Beat's cheesegraters!

And...this time the pics I took show the faded paint. So many times I would take pics and get compliments on the paintjob. :) These really show the imperfections better - my old camera sure didn't!

Interior: This was really the worst part of the car when I bought it. Carpet is pretty dirty and needs to be replaced, the titanium leather sport seats were torn, I replaced them with cloth but kept the leathers in the closet...

Oh and to show progress here's what it looked like when I bought it: (I've had it long than my MM). It was missing the 5.0 badges too, you kinda see them but that's just the residual glue. :) So far my replacements are still there. :) Was also missing a side moulding, had turbine wheels, yellow headlights, etc...

That is in really good condition for a 18yr old car...nice camera too.

No rust from what I can see just needs a new paint job - I would do black :)

Looks good Mike, mine is right behind you in mileage with 193,xxx on the body and block. Heads were replaced at 60k miles (recall) and trans was swapped out at 100k miles for a Cobra T-5 HD.
