Does anyone have any recomendations on car transporters? I am looking to get my car shipped from Ohio to Wisconsin. I perfer an enclosed carrier and also one of the smaller outfits versus the big name car haulers.

Thank you,
Joe

Try, DISCOUNT AUTO TRANSPORT, just type that in a web search. Their web site has pictures of mustangs all over the home page. If I remember right the guys name is Mike.

Thank you. I checked it out. They are a broker. (they get a cut just for setting it up). I perfer dealing with the actual company. I would like to use a person that has a 1 or 2 car enclosed carrier.

Try "Reliable Carriers'... They are top notch. If you subscribe to the adage that you get what you pay for, don't be scared by their rates as they do it right and they do it often. Good luck.

I've used www.intercitylines.com (http://www.intercitylines.com) twice, and was completely satisfied with their service..

I just had a 1973 Ltd shipped from california last week. I used DAS auto shippers. I was very happy with them.

I have used DAS with every car I have bought online except the Marauder. a 1971 LTD from California, Bronco from New Jersey, a Bronco from Utah, and a Towncar from Florida.

and I have shipped with them several times as well. they do have a premium service i think.

I went online to Auto Transport Reviews.com and made my choice. Used AA Auto Transport to haul my 9156 mile-old SB up to Canada from Tennessee. They were nearly $700 cheaper than the next 3 brokers.

Car arrived covered in bugs (it was an open trailer) but otherwise just fine.
