marauder scam ???

there is a marauder on craigs list, for sale, it sounds like a scam,in fact its to rediculous to be anything but a scam . they want $4500 for an 04 with 18000 miles and it looks mint, however the pictures are something that i know i have seen on this site before. they want you to give all your personal info to them so that the can make the transaction through Ebay, but the car is already in storage so you cant look at it in person, and when i said i wanted to show up with cash they said they would only do it that way . the other big red flag if you still need one, is the price, anything over $5000 is grand larceny, so they keep it under that amount. the photos are of a car with california plates that the got off photobucket.

The 2004 all had heated seats if I remember correctly. It looks like a late 03. Correct me if I am wrong. Note the lack of heated seat switches, yet it has TC and the clock in the radio instead of having it in the dash panel.
