Hey Gang;

Got a chance to shoot the 261 on an excursion from Minneapolis, MN to Milwaukee, WI. The goal was to get some "pacing" shots, shooting from our car on the road traveling the same speed as the train. With Curt at the wheel and always obeying the speed limit :) we chased, lead, lost and found the train!

I ended up shooting out of the passenger or back seat with a variety of lens and cameras. I think in total we shot 8GB of pictures. About 7.8GB of mine belong in the waste bin. It is amazing the things that get in the way of your picture when you are traveling at 60mph and you can only look through the camera viewfinder.

After securing some "special delivery cargo" from the train in La Crosse WI, we returned to MN and meet up with Ken in Winona, MN for some coffee and donuts.

All in all a great day of trains, cars and good friends. Even managed to get a couple of pictures of the Marauders, but that will be another thread.
Hope you enjoy these!
