Zack I noticed you used the Moonroof circuit to grab the (ignition hot) for the old smaller intercooler water pump.
We have installed a new larger fin tube intecooler radiator with 2 fans.

We now plan to run a Lightining intercooler pump and the 2 fans off of a good Ignition Hot any suggestions?

I pulled a 3 relay and 1 diode box from a late 90"s CV and it will be perfect to utilize for the "ingition hot" sequence for each fan and the intercooler pump.
I plan to run a hot source straight to the realy pack(s). (I'll post pix later)
Eventually I may ue the relay with a temp sensor on one of the 2 fans....

This wiring Is my task for 2day. Gotta get the vehicle moving before season is completely over.

Get a hold of the new Trilogy Manual (pdf) and it will tell you what wire to tap into for your relays.
It is under the fuse box.

Speaking of...Bunny, can you send it to my email please????????

Anyone have a copy of the Trilogy manual? in *.PDF format.
I'd like to see which wirie they suggest using.
If not I may just remain using the Moonroof wire to activate the relays for the fans and the Lightining pump. It's not like it will actually be powering the pump and 2 fans. I plan to run new larger gauge hot sourced wires for that....

Are you installing fans on the heat exchanger?

Mac and I did that years ago and the IAT's actually climbed because the shroud of the fan blocked so much surface area of the actual heat exchanger.

If you are wanting to cool down in the staging lanes, I sugges a single sucker fan BEHIND the heat exchanger.

We have removed the marginally sized (for the BTU) heat exchanger and replaced it with a much larger one.
It has been installed where the oversized tranny cooler once was and the stock tranny cooler was cut from the power sterring cooler to promote maxium possible air flow by reducing restrictions.
the oversized tranny cooler will now be installer on top of the power steering cooler where the old stock tranny cooler used to be located.
Sorry that was a mouthful.

Simple wiring diagram for your understanding.
For the 2 fans... one on a temperature switch.
And the intercooler pump.

Lose the fans, you dont need them.

First question, do you really want that many fuses?

I put in one of the relay boxes like you described (attaches to the vacuum reservoir) and ran one fused power source to the box and diasy-chained it to the common contact terminal on all the relays.

Next question, are you determined to do it today? If not, I can send you a short piece of wire with the contact socket that plugs into the fuse box. Just let me know if you want to use a mini-fuse or a big square fuse. Then you can check the owner's manual and dedicate one of the "unused" circuits to this.
