Hello New Texas Marauder Owners

O K !!!! Where are you folks ?????? I have a list of over 30 newly registered Marauder owners in the Texas area. Why haven't you posted in our North Texas Marauders Forum ????? We can't make plans to meet you and get to know you if you don't let us know if you are interested. This Summer has been a nightmare trying to get everyone together--PLEASE--someone come up with a common meeting place--Classic Christian Cruisers in N. Richland Hills is available on the 3rd Saturday of Sept and Oct, if that is agreeable--lots of good eating places within walking distance and lots of parking places at all places. check www.hotrodhappenings.com for calendar info. We have had 21 Marauders at one function--let's get back up there again. Look, folks, I'll be 80 this November--give me a chance to meet you before I get too old to race :) Seriously, don't let the group fade away--there is lots of fun to be had. The temps are pretty nice here now for August, it's just that everything is now shriveled and pruned up from the rain - and I don't need no shrinkage!! I guess it could be worse, we could be in FL!

My trip to Centerville has gone from 90 miles on a deserted road to 140 miles on I45, but I'm still up for it. When is it gonna be?

I believe the next one will be in October sometime....Wes is still getting it started like he did last year...I am sure we will hear from him soon on the prliminaries.

A centerville meet would be awesome. I was hoping to make MV6, but instead my car decided it needed a new tranny instead, so if we could have a big texas meet I would totally be there, just needs to be in about a month so I can get my new tranny in :)
