KIT SOLD!!! Thanks for looking.

Hey guys,

I have for sale, my D1SC Procharger FIT kit with polished head unit. Here is your chance to be blown for cheap! This kit new went for about $5k!
The boost on this comes on very quick! I have included 3 pulleys with this set up. 3.8" - 11 lbs, 3.6" - 13 lbs(installed), 3.5" - 15 lbs(you better have good tune)
I'm going to be making some major changes and need some liquid cash to get started and it pains me that this will have to go.
It has been a great set up on my car and it made very good power. I have carefully removed the system from my car and cleaned it all up and ready for a new install.
The head unit was sent to Procharger to have upgraded from P1SC to D1SC and they also replaced all the bearings and seals just last year. That alone was a $1500 upgrade.
I have since only put about 7000 miles on it since this is my weekend only car. I have changed the oil once at 6000 miles and it was still clear.

This kit is about 97% complete. The only things that might be missing is may be a couple of standard bolts and may be some hose clamps and tune.

All the important pieces are there as you can see in the picture. What you see is what you get.
Also included in the kit is a brand new head unit 2" idler pulley and 3 new bottles of Procharger oil.
I will put fresh oil in it before I ship from my stock so you'll have enough oil for the next 3 oil changes.
A brand new GT-40 Supercar fuel pump with modified outlet (see picture) is also included.
I have also included 20 brand new T-304 stainless steel T-clamps.
All the pipings were painted hi-temp Black because I didn't like all that flashy Silver color sticking out. The intercooler is also painted Black on one side.
I will also include original FIT 14-page installation manual.

$3500 shipped to your door. I take PAYPAL with no fee added. :burnout:

If you're local to me (within 25 miles), I would be willing to help you install this for dinner and beer.

Noticed the small hole? Anyone remembered carburator jets and its purpose?

Sorry, Northern Illinois would not be local to me. Aunt in NJ doesn't count. Nice try though.

Thanks alot blower brothers. I want to do the install myself however, I dont think I have the mechanical ability to install such a complicated system by myself. Likely silverstate motorsports or another shop will do it for me and tune as well. Any hints, tips, spoilers are appriciated. MM_Bkk has already been in contact with me and is graciously offering helpful infor already Thanks bkk.

Just a thought...

I have heard that the fuel filter shown in the photo (it comes with the GT-40 pump [L-shaped]), MAY roll up on the edge of the tank, and possibly put you in a lean condition when low on fuel...

I used the rectangle one, that avoids this possibility...

Do not accept having the IC pipes lower than your rad. hose...They should not be hanging lower than your Air Dam when you look under the car from the front....

...The shop will need to cut off those needless assembly line thingies (metal brackets), on both sides, just foward of the front sway bars...to accomplish this...

Also, with that D-1SC...you may want to use the larger pullies, unless you have a built motor...The smaller pullies may put you over the limit for a stock block...and KABOOOM!!!

Thanks for the heads up. I was contemplating getting a 4.0 Pulley and go to 8-9lbs instead of 11 with the 3.8.

Welcome to the wonderful world of boost baby! :burnout:

There are enough of us that are running the FIT kit that you should be able to get squared away.

I think most of us are using the Predator tuner. I didn't see it listed in the parts inventory which is normal, it didn't come with the kit.

Consdiering I just bought a SCT LiveWire Today thats not very assuring. Can Someone straighten me out on which side is best for tuning. SCT's TC values have been my favoirte and DS cant get me squared away on the lock/unlock schedule.

You should be fine with 3.8". Since you have headers, you probably won't get 11 lbs with it. I did not have headers, just full 2.5" from manifold back minus 2 cats.
