With Heavy Heart

If thread belongs elsewhere--pleae move where apporiate--

THE BAD-
Ms marauderman and mr marauderman must say we are NOT able to make the trip to Ennis!!! The story follows:

THE UGLY-
To make a long story short--out home is ranch on concrete slab on dirt with no crawl space-- about 3 + years ago( bought house 5 years ago) drain under tub in far bathrrom broke under slab--wasn't identified till now--major problem--dirt became contaminated and smelled awlful-- had a foundation Engineering Firm give estimate -- about 5-6 K $$$ to correct-could be more- so had plumbing Co in to pull out bricks and dig out dirt and crawel under and fix piping...then had Engineering Firm give estimate for slab fix (5-6K $$ or more) --alot of area(dirt) was beneath the slab--BUT-first need to have another firm video all piping for further leaks--before Engr.firm can begin --in case others need fixed--anyway--much $$$--sooooooooooooo--

Something had to be saved---the money use for the Ennis trip--
SO we regret we will miss out on all and everyone's fun and talk and drinking and BS and whatnot--but you are all still the best friends we never met--someday we will --afterall--thats why all we have MM's--to travel and have fun--

THE GOOD-
Our room at the Quality Inn is available still --for four(4) days- 18,19,20, and 21st--

So--If you know of someone who can use it contact Bob Mathis--he'll let me know whom to turn it over to- if not already taken- doubt it at this point--

Cause the story is already out on the chat channel--- so Will hold it till Bob calls me...I thought since he helped so much he should help one in this need as well --at least I had a hand in it in some small fashion for someone's fun--

With deep feelings on this but thoughts for furure fun time--marauderman--Tom

Willie--Yes - I'm ok with local stuff and I would still like to have that run at/in your place/area then--will talk it over with others at the Track event on Sat the 13th's show ...most agreed to meet in your area in our July meet , so will remind them of Oct. plans--

Time for you ( your hosting you know) to start arranging a place for us to meet and places to "run to or see as "one"
afterwards.....Todd mentioned the "Tail of the Dragon"..is that near you or where we'll likely meet? Keep us posted --Thanks
