Just saw a 45th annivesary Mustang,Has Marauder wheels on it.I thought it was a used car untile I saw the badges and window sticker.Sitting on a new car lot.Of course leave it to Ford not to advertise them or have no stripe package of any kind.Dumb!

Not too crazy about the idea of ANY other models having Marauder wheels. :( :burnout:

However, it insures they are still available for the true users of the grail.

My understanding is the hub caps differ from ours and that ours won't fit
those wheels.

This will help bring the price down just like the front tires.

It's the rear tires that are hard to find
this will help bring the price down just like the front tires.

I know thats why i'm likin this hole mustang thing with our rims and front tires, some of our cost is offset. The rears will hopefully find their way onto some other cars in the future to help with that cost and availability.

It is a good thing that Ford is using these wheels.

It means they will be around for us! :)

Oh My--where have you all been--its been noted that Mustang placed our MM Wheels on the '06- or '07 stangs ( not sure of date)---surely somone can correct me on this--but its not a secret---but the points made make alot of sence--it makes them more available---if in 18 inch of course---which I believe they are----

Amazing--can't believe I beat Zack in on this one--

I looked at one stang up close and IIRC the center cap is some universal Ford center cap ( def not a Merc head on it!!)

And the 'stangs run the same size tire on all four corners ( like 235/45/18) that made me think that if you put some meatier rear tires on a stang it would give it a nice rake and a meaner look..but then again you'd have to go to 4.10 or 4.30 gears to till have some bottom end
