If the hand held unit is erased....
And the after market tune is in the car....
And the stock tune is in the hand held...
Can the after market tune be returned to the tuner (from the car) or is gone forever?

When a tuner is new or unlocked and you flash the car, the tuner automatically saves the tune in the computer.
Any flash device holds 4 tunes.
3 custom tunes and the tune it 'sucked' out of the pcm.

How did you erase it?, by udating the firmware....its all gone off the tuner, just like new.

I opened the live link, connected the hand held, via USB, to the computer. There were 3 tunes showing, I selected one of the 3 by selection of the "radio" button and clicked erase.... all 3 were removed. nice feature. all or nothing?
So what is the answer?
If I hook the handheld flash device to the car and put it back to stock, will the reinhart tune be put back?? (in the flash device)... I think not.
I think it erases the computer in the car every time.
Like to have a couple different packages in it.
And I will, just hate to bother reinhart, again.
