Raybestos Superstop Line of brakes makes a Directional Slotted and Drilled Front and rear rotors for the Marauder now. Also coated to prevent rust. They are stock size.

About $140.00 Each

I plan on getting them as soon as I have the cash.

Just thought I would see if anyone else got them and like them on their cars.

Plus figured others might like to know about them.

You can get them all here they are about half way down the page.

All 4 wheels $145.46 and if you look at how they make them they sound pretty tuff and or durable.

STOPFLEX® incorporates a special 4 layer design for superior strength and virtually no volumetric expansion. It starts with a Teflon PTFE core (liner) which is wrapped first in a Kevlar braid, followed by an elastomer barrier and then it's strengthened further by the outer stainless steel braid. STOPFLEX® hoses are also available with a final coat of clear vinyl for a great look and easy clean up.

I used Duplicolor Gold Chrome Paint on the stock calipers and also clear coated them.

Those gold calipers with the braded lines looks awsome behind the stock rims.

When I did the tires at GoodYear they were blown away.

I have the super stop rotors on the front and the quiet stop
ceramics for pads. there is a slight braking improvement under
regular driving but the biggest difference is under hard repetative
braking there is a lot less brake fade.
The rotors do rust whatever coating they used doesn't work that
well. Had them for two years now no problems good braking and
no dust at all and no warpage. paint the center hub for the rust its'
minor.
25k km about10% worn

I will buy a can of Zink spray coating then and apply it to them seeing you can buy it. My car dosn't move much for long periods of time so rotor rust is always and issue. But I plan to paint the Rotor hub part the same as the Cailipers for a nice matched look.

It would be an easy drive from Sawmill rd and I 84

But sure I am cool with a meet. Other than the New Haven Cop that has a Marauder havn't personaly met anyone else yet. Ran with a few on the highway a few times and then there is the 50 plus women that has a 03 here in Waterbury but I only see her and the car about 2 times a year. Once she parked next to me at Stop and Shop but never ran into her.

I use to go to the Saw Mill exit for Denny's when I lived in Branford if you mean the exit in Milford.

Ya that's right there is a Saw Mill exit down that way. Forgot about it. I don't go to NY enough to remember it. Only drive through it anyways rather take the train to the city.

That street race with their rice burners. Unfortunatly they missed them reciently and a spectator was killed. Someone lost control and nailed a teenager watching the races @ the Longwharf exit of of 95. Everyone is screaming latley about stoping the street racing every where but with no place for them to go in the area that is set up for it they will not stop.

In Chicopee Mass when I lived there Westover AFB set up a track for the kid's to race on to get them off of the streets. But CT won't even think about it.

Chirp the tires here and they'll be looking
to pursue street racing charges up here -car seizure
and suspension on the spot!! One guy was speeding
in the snow ( no other car ) and they charged him
with racing!!

until something happens. Usualy they flash the lights and the kid's are gone and the cop's are happy. But the NH one with the Marauder he alway's goes for it just to show the kid's who's boss.
