Check for leaking struts. I had mine replaced at 65,000 miles.

Why don't you get your "friend" to sign up and post for himself like a big boy?

There are a multitude of locations in the front that can cause a squeak. Control arm bushings, front hood latch, Front hood adjusters, to name some. We'll need to know more to lubricate the source.
As for the car leaning to the left side, I suggest for him to sit on the right side and see if this corrects the problem.
Sorry I couldn't help myself.

Struts/coilovers can't cause a ride height problem unless the rod is bent causing binding or the seat that the spring sits on is damaged. Springs set ride height. Other possibility is worn/bent front end parts. If he doesn't suspect damage (has he hit anything recently?) you would have to suspect springs.
