Humming noise......

I get an annoying humming sound at highway speeds, I read that the rear axles in these cars are junk, could that be the culprit? Or maybe the drive shaft, what do you guys think it could be?

It could be the axles. How many miles are on the clock, and when were the 4.10's installed, for it could be them too?

54xxx on the clock, I've had the 410's for probably 6 months, give or take, and the humming started I'd say a month and half ago.

Talk to Diabolical about strange noise... do you feel you are being watched as well? Strange coffee stains on the roof of your MM?

I'd have the rear end and axles checked, or you can wait for it to start to leak as mine did on a long trip.
