I was going to wait till MVVI, but I just had to post up these pictures.
I'm working on a template to mount AutoMeter gauges into the dash and finished the prototype tonight. It supports 4 of the 2-1/16" gauges and 2 of the 3-3/8" gauges for the Tach and Speedo.
I used 1/4" Clear Plexiglass sheets to make the cutouts and special ordered the hole-saws to make it all work.
I've left the dash disassembled so you can see how they sit in there. I am actually contemplating not painting the backside a color so it looks like the gauges are just floating in the dash, as in the pictures. I still have to source the blinker and idiot lights to put in there, but I've decided to use the section out of the '08 Expedition cluster as that is compact and would sit top-center. For racers, no extra idiot lights are needed, except maybe a shift-light (for me anyway) and I'll get pictures of that when I have them mounted.
Anyway, the link to the pictures can be found here:

And here is one from the Album so you get the idea (ignore the smudge on the gauge:

I should have these wired in this week and more mods posted in the album on the conversion to the TH400.
