Hey, let me just start by saying that I have no affiliation with Tire Rack and this may be old news to you guys but...

I called my local tire place and asked for the above named tire. 235/50-R18 T/A KDWS. They wanted $205/each. I checked Tire Rack and they had them for $82 :eek::eek: Whoa!!! I told the local guy and he said you best go get them. He said he couldn't even get close.

So for an additional $25 they're going to ship them to me. $189 delivered. $25 each mounted and balanced and $59 for an alignment (according to carfixer's specs- thanx, dude BTW) and I'll be out the door with money to spare.

Just thought I'd share in case anyone else needs new front sneakers.

Hmm... Wish I could have waited a bit for new fronts. When I bought them erlier this year they cost me almost $100 ea.

If you ever pay more than $87 then you got screwed, these are on "sale" every time i look or buy.

Well, there were on sale when I first looked... $79ea. By time I had money, the sale ended. By i was almost out of tread on one tire and there was still snow on the ground, so I wasn't going to wait until another sale started. But yes, I pretty much was screwed.

Mine are 2206's front and 4007's rear.

I have to wonder how old these tires on sale are.

I've had problems with TireRack shipping old tires in the past. I've found that you can request that they match the build dates and grab the newest available and have been glad that they have honored my requests since.
