Hey everybody
I'm fairly considering putting together a Mercury Marauder book(63-2003).

Some of you may be familiar with my website. I've got tons of info, but not sure what and how much should be included. What do you guys think should be the balance between photos/specifications/story??

thanks
James Stanchfield

IMHO, 75-80 % words, 20 -25% pix, 300ish pages. Put me on the list when you're done and good luck!

Don't know your web site--..if you want us to provide more info-you have to do same --more about yourself and what your all about--besides the obvious.. the MM stuff

Sorry,
I have a website on 60-70 Full sized Mercurys, including some stuff on the 2003's. I swore I signed up for this site when it first started, I'm a long time member of mercurymarauder.org.

Anyhow, Please check out my website
http://web.ics.purdue.edu/~stanchfi/monterey.html

I apolgize if this is against the "advertising" clause of the rules, but I have never made any money from my website, and I hope to make the book, not for the money, but just to do it and for the good of the mercury community

thanks
James

Oh, and also I am the proud owner of a 1964 Mercury Monterey, though a breezeway, not a marauder

well-after looking at your links and other items--it seems evident to me--having come from that era--that you have gone to alot of effort to have info posted for ref and rev for all to see who wasn't so luckey to know so much about the Merc.....so that being said ..welcome aboard to wonderful site, administrated by "Logan " and "LML" here on the board .

There are alot of others ( members ) of course who will now chip in and produce some of the best comments around--(they are the best of the breed) MM owners who are in the know----just hang aroung some more and find out--

Welcome: stanchfi Looks like you already got a start on it.
I would be in line for the book when finished.
I enjoy the history. Too many "new" Marauder owners do not know much about the line.
Very worthwhile project in my book...
Good luck....

It's a free country. well, ... kinda. besides, how many books have you seen for the Mustangs? Tons.

Can't have too many MM books I always say! well,.. actually, I don't always say that, if fact, I've never said it before now! It's still true though!

The Marauder is definitely becoming an "icon" among us car enthusiast, I would definitely enjoy having a book with nothing but Marauder stuff in it. When you're ready to give, I'm ready to receive. Thanks.
