Come out with an aftermarket H-X pipe. Off-road with no cats.

It would take 15 minutes to change and help SOOOOOOOOO much.

All you need to do it buy a Mustang Bassani Unit and extend it about 3 inches.
Then weld up some flanges to mate to the stock H pipe.

What year do I need to look for.

I would think almost any brand would work.

So is the problem where they bolt to the manifolds?

Any 99-04 4v will work.
No problem, they bolt right up to the manifolds.
Only problem it is too short, thus the extension pipes.

So what's wrong with headers?

Do the Bassani have the correct O2 bung holes for the O2 sensors? Like length wise.

wow. So just get an X-pipe and get it lengthened and have the back flanges welded on? Hell thats cake. It'll take just as much effor to do that as bypassing the rear cats.

I had a MAC Prochamber modified to fit on my car. You can do the same with an H or X pipe like mentioned already.

On a side note, Ive been thinking about making a Marauder specific crossover pipe for a while, X or H, probably both. Hell, I just might get off my ass and do it. It would be nice to have a bolt on piece instead of having to modify one.

Bolt on would rock. I save my fabricating patients for my foxbody.

Shouldn't have to fab anything for the fox. So many companies make parts for it. I need to get my butt in gear and get my current 89 foxbody project up to par with my last one.

You would be surprised...

How about reattaching/rebuilding torque boxes after the axle tries to rip off the car? Cage installation, ect..

Well yeah but were talking about exhaust stuff here at least I was.

Shouldn't have to do any of that if it was properly addressed in the beginning lol. Cage installation is a breeze but don't ask me why I haven't put mine in my car yet....I guess just being lazy since it's not being driven any where right now.
