HAD ALL LAMPS REPLACED FOR MOISTURE UNDER WARRANTY
even on my towncar.... get it done,
fred
I haven't seen the official TSB on it...but it DOES exist. In fact, you get replacement with a completely new (as in part#/manufacturer) assembly. I think I'll wait till 35,999 miles then get it done.
My dealer just ordered new ones for my car today, no questions asked! The new ones will probably have the same problem. Gotta love warranties.

No TSB but Special Service Message 16997 declares updated part numbers 3W3Z-13008-BC (Rt side) and 3W3Z-13008-BD(Left) for Marauders w/moisture problems.

Funny--I keep mine in the garage and I haven't seen this problem as yet--is all with this problem parked outside only---or am just one of the luckey ones?.....Tom

I keep mine garaged as well, but noticed last night after it was sitting outside for about 3 hours that the inside of the headlights had moisture inside

Had mine replaced about 2 months ago. Need to make a return trip because the new ones aren't aimed correctly. Oh well, maybe I'll just fix it myself.

I have an early 300A. My headlights are fogging after I give it a bath. Since I work at Ford I just ordered a new set and told service when they would be in. I noticed that the new ones have a much better seal where the bulb goes in and more venting. I will take pics of the new ones and the old ones so we can see the changes.

Add mine to the list, same as EbonyMarauder03 above, they fogged up when washing it. I have well water that is very cold and they fogged over completely, almost white they fogged so badly.

Saw condensation one night after a few months of ownership. Took it to dealer. Service writer immediately okayed warranty replacement. Part came in. I took too long to get back to dealer. Part was returned to Ford. Went to dealer again to try to get part ordered again. Service writer took a digital photo (no condensation visible--it was daytime) and sent request to Ford. Ford denied the warranty repair. I will take the Ford bulletin post print out when the new part has filled the distribution chain and try again.

Mine have ugly streaks and spots on the inside of the lens due to the moisture drying inside the assembly. It's really quite nasty... really gets on my nerves when the rest of the car is spotless.

My MM doesn't go out in the rain so I haven't had much opportunity to observe any leakage problem. I do notice though when washing that suds are visible 1/2" in from the top edge of the lens ass'y above the turn signal and cornering light. Is this normal or have I just found the point of entry of the moisture problem? I never notice any actual clouding or moisture inside the lens after washing.

Mine does the same thing but I rinse enough with water to remove suds and the lens assembly doesn't leak nor does the light fog up. I guess I'm lucky so far! I will keep a close eye on this before xtended warranty runs out.
