Oddly enough, I saw a silver on NB I-355 again. This time around 9:30am, and I passed them, going about 80 (hehe). Saw another at the Home Depot in Woodridge. I was on foot and gave the driver a wave. He looked at me like I was nuts. Not too far from the truth.
