Guess who got pulled over again?

It was me! ha! ha! I was pulled over in the suburbs for a tinted license plate. I was going under the speed limit too. The cop was real cool too. Asked if I had insurance I said I did, but I left the card at home and it was Progressive. He was like ok well it's good you have that. I was like no it sucks and he laughed and agreed with me.

He said everything I said was being recorded on audio visual, so I was like ok I just screwed myself didn't I? He was like no. He came back and said he was going to write me up for no proof of insurance, but not the plate. He also said it a cool car and the plate cover looked good on it! :eek: All I have to do is show my insurance card to the police station before my court date and everything will go away. I will be sure to remove the plate cover before I head over there. I'll be there tomorrow or something.

The faster that a cop feels comfortable with you - the better your chances are of getting out of a ticket. Try to be dominating or threaten their authority and you're doomed.

What suburb was it?

I was just pulled 2 nights ago, coming out of my buddy's machine shop in oak forest, cop said it was suspicious I was coming out of a dead end street at night 5 hrs after anything closed. Asked about my tinted windows, and kept looking around my car with his flashlight. Then said to remember to use my turn signal even when turning right is the only option. He was real suspicious, but let me go no prob.
