I am proud to announce that we finished up today. Trilogy Supercharger #0002 is now installed in my car. Trilogy did an outstanding job on refining and cleaning up a few things, I didnt think it possible to make it look better than it did on the prototype car with Kit #0001 on it, but it does. The only thing that set us back was a pesky o-ring on one of the coolant connections that had a slight leak thanks to a defect in the o-ring. Once it was quickly diagnosed and repaired, it was buttoned up and given a shakedown run. The final fine tuning will be done tonight by Lidio, and it will be officially done. Tomorrow morning we will do the dyno run to get the final numbers and check the tuning results. If everything checks out to Lidio's high standards, we will be running it at Milan Dragway tomorrow night. Wish us luck! Of course I will post results of the dynos, pictures I took durning the install, etc when I get them done.
Congrats Dave! Have YOU driven it yet? Tell us your thoughts if you have, please.

I gave it a quick drive, Lidio is conservative with the cars untill he is satisfied on the chip programming. I havent beat on it yet, so I cant really lend anything to how it runs. It sounds good....I will know when Lidio and I head out to do the fine tuning in about an hour.... I think I'm getting a woody!

Well folks, its officially finished. Lidio's initial programming and tune was about 99% right when he plugged the chip in. We drove it about 35 miles or so, got in some city, two lane blacktop, and highway. A couple of tweaks and it was dialed in. I can't get over the torque this beast has, right here, right now, on demand right from the start. When you stand on it, and keep your foot in the throttle, you zip to 120mph in no time. I am going to have to work real hard not to loose my license! Lidio is satisfied, actually more satisfied than he thought he would be, so at 9am its time for the dyno pulls. Then a little neatness cleanup to tuck and wrap tie everything up and its done. Hopefully we can do some good numbers at the strip tomorrow night.
I will say this much, Zach is right...no matter what supercharger you pick, you wont be dissapointed. This is a nice clean kit to install, with the proper tuning and tweaking on the dyno, it will be real close to 400 RWHP, and you know what, I am ok with that. One thing we all know as car enthusiests, no matter what you do to your ride, some schmuck will do it just a little bit better and blow your doors off. I am confident that with what I did here, I will compete and be able to dust 95% of the cars I will come across on a daily basis. Really, how many cars will I see driving around here that will beat a car that will do 0-60 in 4.5 or 4.6 seconds?? It's a tough nut to crack, but think real hard and long about blowing your ride.

When I first rode in the Trilogy MM it made me want too. However I have some other things I must do first. I do know one thing, it is nice to hear a follow Detroit-Metro-Area MM owner has it. Maybe I see you on the road. Please take it easy on me.

Great news Dave. Maybe I can persuade my financial director to let me throw some money at my car. I'm jealous.

Tuesday evening, 6:00PM. I'm standing in front of the AA terminal
at Detroit Metro burning a Winston when a Marauder drops off someone just down the road. As he drives past me I give him a big "thumbs up" and he waves back. My question is, was that one of you motor city folks on here?
