Hey Guys,
I am going to offer this to the people of MM.net, crownvic.net and Crownvic.us

I am basically seeing if there is an interest in a Group Purchase for the Handheld Superchips Micro-Tuner. If we can get a group buy together, I can get everyone a great price on it.

I want to make this group buy offer available to anyone, you dont have to be a Member of CVU, CVN or MM.net to get in on this.

I am doing it a little different than the other group buys, I will be taking orders but I will be shipping and charging all of them at once, that way you get the lowest price and I dont have to go back and refund your card etc.

If you are interested, please send me an email with the Following Subject Line: Micro Tuner [The Model Number] Group Buy at wes@innovativeinterceptors.com I will need your full name, phone number, shipping address and e-mail. If you are seriously interested, I will need a payment method to secure your commitment, but tuners will not be shipped and cards will not be charged until the group purchase date ends, which we have tenatively set at 10PM Central October 1, 2003.

I will try to answer all questions as best as I can.

Let me know what interest there is out there.

Thanks
Wes

Depending on the pricing you can offer, there should be good interest.

Wes, you might want to talk to Cole Performance, they're a supporting vendor here as well and deal almost exclusively in Superchips gear.

Logan, I know Cole Performance is a Superchips Vendor as well as a reseller. I also Carry Superchips Products. THought I would try to see if I can save Panther Owners some money if we do a group Purchase.

The structure that I am going to set up is:

Up to 10 Tuners $310.00 Each
Up tp 20 Tuners $300.00
If We can sell 25 Tuners from all 3 sites (Crownvic.us Crownvic.net and MM.net)
I can get them for $285.00 SHIPPED. We can also delay shipping so that MM Owners get the Tuner that is Capable of rear gear changes.

http://www.crownvic.us/forum/showthread.php?t=1055 is the Link for the details of the Group Purchase.

Thanks
Wes

We have other vendors with competing products, so this shouldn't be a problem really IMO

Rc, you're right, it isn't a problem. I didn't know Wes was a Superchips reseller as well... Carry on folks, carry on. :)

I'd love to raise my hand here. If the Superchips hand held tuner was an accessory I could use, I would support Wes. The man has a proven track record in my book. Unfortunately, I have no use for it at the present time. Given a choice between Wes and others, he gets my votem because of his past performance for us here...IMHO.

Wes, what is the procedure for tuner upgrades when the program changes? For example, we can see several posts re diff gear and speedo recalibration. First, what is the status of these changes. Second, what about s/w upgrades?

BOb, the tuner should have the latest and greatest. the tuners that the MM owners will get will have the Gear Ratio Changes avail. If there is a bug fix for any problems, superchips should take care of it. Otherwise If you want the latest and greatest after you buy the tuner, there could possibly be a charge from Superchips.

As far as Status, superchips is working as quickly and efficiently as possible to take care of this.

I asked this same question in the "supporting Vendor" forum, just haven't heard yet. Is the Supertuner capable of making speedo correction, if you go 235/50/18 on all four corners? I have a 300A, so I'm not concerned about T/C.

Thanks!

Call me a fool, but what is the microtuner? Would that let ME change settings on my PCM? And set them back if I wanted?

Johnny

Go to www.superchips.com and read all about it. Or, e-mail Wes and he can tell you.

And, the programming will include rear end gear changes plus tire size changes.
