no offence to you, perry, i would just like some info on his car from others. i'll be driving 8 hrs one way next weekend to take a look at it and i don't want to waste my time. from what he's told me and what i've seen it looks like a great deal but i can't afford to waste a 16 hour day. Any info about it would be greatly appreciated.

once again, i'm not trying to be an ass, just tryin to get all the info i possibly can.
thanks guys

Any info needed on this car should come from me:rolleyes:
I've taken as many pics as possible have all receipts to verify the $9000 spent on getting here just right.

I thought this car would be sold by now for the asking price of $8000 Certified. I'm going to pull the car off the market and store the thing till I find time to drive it next summer.

Thanks for looking,
P

Well there you have it.... No risk of a wasted trip!

BTW, did you really expect anyone to talk about his car in a negative way?

Any other information you would wnat you should have asked for in the form of a carfax and an Oasis report from RoyLPita. Beyond that looking at the car, and getting their by bus and paying for it and driving it home would have been the way to go.

8K what a steal.

I would have guessed that you put more than $9000.00 in her!

I would be offended by the lack of trust and do this:

Good move, no sense in taking a beating and being insulted in the process.

"CAVEAT EMPTOR" is a good rule of thumb in any major purchase. If I was buying a car from anybody, including somebody on this site, I would find it very helpful to learn if others had seen that particular vehicle and what were their impressions. Its certainly not a slam against the seller, its just a buyer using due dilligence. Its not the same thing as a tire kicker coming over to your house, climbing all over your car, demanding a long "test drive" then saying he was going to "think about it" and you never hear from them again.

All Im saying is you should not expect a prospective buyer to just accept what a seller tells them, be it a car, dog, house, ect...

Hey Guy's.
does anyone ever use the search function around here. You can see that my car was stripped down to the metal and painted/upgraded in the last 3 months.

I drive a 2007 Porsche Twin turbo and a Porsche Rs America race car as you can see in the pics I posted when selling the car. If I was looking to F*&k someone with this car I would put it up on Fleabay:D

Someone would get a great a great car for around $7600 USD certified here in Canada. You can't beat that!
