We have a local preacher who jogs through the neighborhood, and while jogging, studies his next sermon, or at least that is what I have been told. He is very nice, will always speak to you, and wave, but never stops running, no matter how hot it is.
A couple of days ago, I was backing out of the driveway to go meet my wife for dinner after she got off work. As I backed out and headed up our street, I saw him jogging towards me and reading what I assumed was his sermon. As I approached him, he actually stopped, turned his head, gave me a smile, and a big thumbs up :2thumbs:. As I passed, I looked back to see him still stopped and looking back at me.
I just thought that was kind of cool. I guess he's a rev with a passion for more than his calling.
For all I know, he could have a 427 Cobra in his garage.
