I already have to many cars,if thats possible. I guess I do not have too many, just not enough room for more. Thats why I'm selling my Ranchero. Reluctantly.

Well I got an opening of space ;)

Really wish we could get that but the price is a bit much even though the car is new.

Damn you economy!

Hello. I phoned the dealer on this Marauder. They claim offers of $23,000 were refused. It is my understanding this car is on consignment from the owner. I'd like an opportunity to make an offer to the owner than try and negotiate with the dealer.

First they claim this Mercury was traded in on a Mercedes. Then they claim it belongs to an "old" woman and is simply on consignment in order to advertise the sale.

Who is telling the truth? I'd like an opportunity to speak with the owner....

Thanks.

Bottom line is......it's a soon to be six year old car (no warranty) that is NOT a collector's car yet!!!:shake:

Kelley BB says $15,890 retail in excellent condition, $13,255 "private party" and trade value of $11,055!!!

What are they smokin' at that dealership??

BTW...75K miles only knocks off about $2K??:shake:

They still don't know about our cars!

Odds are they'll probably get it or close to it cause they can finance it,probably at a high % APR.

My experience is that the truth works better, no stories to have to remember.
The dealer I work for sold a consignment Marauder a while back 2003 with 14K mi for $15K.

only the dirty little places. if you go to a well esatblished used dealer you will not find this. hence why they are now well established lol

Dear Marauder Owners:
If someone has a telephone number for the owner of this Marauder, please let me know. I received several emails from Peter, thank you. He feels as though I should be making an offer for his Marauder. I appreciate his honesty. I am simply replying to his original post (see earlier thread on this link) for the owner's name of this 03 Marauder in New Jersey.

As I indicated, I spoke to the dealer. They are refusing offers under $22K. LOL

Thanks.

Refusing offers under 22k? LOL! I just bought a 13k 2003 300A for a lot less. I will say, it is hard to find a flawless lower mileage one. But for 22k it better have never been titled and still be brand new.

Hmm, these prices make me laugh.

I paid 22K for a brand new, never titled, 2003 Marauder in June 2005. This thing had 18 miles on it. 18.2 miles to be exact.

three years later and they want 22K?
Not in my book.

anyways,
Be good guys!
Curt
