A/c not working properly

I just bought an 03 and the ac cools but it only blows air to the floor and to the winshield and not to the front vents. The previous owner said it was probably caused by a vacuum leak. Any ideas? Thanks.

Mine does it to.

Apparently there is a way to rebuild the HVAC control unit with new o-rings. I'm just not brave enough to pull it apart yet. There are a few writeups on here. Search for a few different terms I'm sure you'll find it.

It's really quite simple....takes about 30 minutes or less.....just becareful of the tabs on the cylinders once you open up the head unit...and watch out for the flying spring!!
