View Full Version : My Vendorship is up for Renewal

Well folks, I think Im sure I wont be renewing my vendor status this year.

Reasons behind this decision is easy, I have NO business!

In the last year, I think I made 5 grills and sold about 15 tunes (all in the first week I offered them, none since)

So, with the economy being like it is and my 3 unfinished projects in the garage, it just doesnt make sense to renew.

This has NOTHING to do with recent events, for the record. Bottom line, its just a smart business decision.

Thanks to all customers over the years, I really appreciate it!

And...if I invent something new for the MM, I will sign back up :up:

That project has been the biggest pain in my azz EVER. I cant count on ANYONE to get me anything custom in a timely manner.

I was under the impression you had moved on from making the badgeless grill... glad I got one from you now that this has happened. And I thought that SCT had stepped on your wiener for doing the tunes .. my fault, again as I was hoping to get a reschedule from you for my transmission. Ahh well ... I am at least keeping my reputation for snoozin and loozin alive...

Zack has made a name for himself. And I am sure he will still be approached for bussiness for a long time to come by word of mouth alone.

I hope things pick up for you, as you used to offer some really (really) good deals. :up:

Zack, there's no reason why you can't continue to offer the badgeless grills to the membership, since home fabricated offerings don't conflict with vendor rules, especially since none of our vendors sell them. Certainly, other members have and continue to make such offerings without vendor status. That is not to say, however, that offering tunes and such may not be problematic. There shouldn't be any question about where we stand on these issues, and if there is, you can always ask.

We're sorry to lose your vendor account, but certainly understand your situation, and reasoning.

BTW, for anyone interested, Zack's status and others offering such items, is considered a "Hobby Vendor".

Zack doesn't make performance tunes, he makes Trans Tunes. Other vendors don't offer "Trans Tunes" lol.

Sometimes I wished I didn't buy the CARmotorsports front badge cause the badgeless grille is just clean looking.

Mac set up the vendor account years ago and I just renewed it without question.

Ok then, grills and only grills still available after November 1st.

Didn't plan on coming up Friday and now some issues have come up and won't be able to make it all. Not real pleased cause it's some BS stuff but anyways.
