Now I hear what sounds like water dripping on something hot.
Is there a weep hole in the bottom of the wiper cowl area clogged?, or something anyone has experienced regarding my symptom?
The other issue I still have, maybe related to this
The insulation blanket above the trans has been swollen and drooping on the cats for way too long.
I tried on the driveway last week with my little humbe stands, but I couldn't find enough working room to get very much of the old blanket out.
The pieces I did manage to remove were water logged. The biggest piece I was able to remove, being on the passenger side.
This appears to be enough material removed, to install the kit I got from Ford with the stickey cat insulators at least on that side.
I think the PIs' get a recall for these, for starting on fire from excessive idleing.
If you notice the new insulation material on vehicles, is not a sponge for moisture to let them swell up and sag.
I guess my fire risk is less if I leave the leak alone.
I'll try and get some help at work to get lift acess.
I did try to take some pics but the camera was dead and my chargers is at work.:stupid:
