Yes, alledgedly, but I have never confirmed it. I also wasn't impressed with the quality...typical JC Whitney.

Hmm,if it's a Roush part it ain't very likely to be garbage.And JC Whitney's parts aren't all the same old crap they used to be.A relative of mine is a buyer for them and I've seen quite an improvement in quality in the past 15-20 years.
BTW,they also have a very nice car show there at their warehouse in the early spring and late summer,the first and last of the local outdoors shows in Northern,Il. Free entrance and some nice trophies as well as a chance at getting your car on cable TV as Motorsports Unlimited tapes at every one of their shows. Every year gets better and I've seen some really nice cars at their shows,'specially a Turquoise 64 MM 390 HO 4 speed car that was mostly original a couple of years ago.The guy wouldn't sell it to me though,darn it.It was very nice.There was also a little old lady with a pretty light green Sun Valley Merc that was really nice,she really knew her car and which was the loud pedal.

You are correct, Ford used (uses?) Cibie for their driving/fog lights. The set I looked at that were from J.C. Whitney were made in China and looked every bit of it. Of course this was earlier this year and as UncleLar pointed out, they may have changed vendors since earlier this year.
