where is the pcm code located?

could anyone tell me where the catch code is located on a 2006 P71, seems the pcm has been relocated to the engine compartment?

Your code should be on the pcm case (sticker).

thanks BoB ther is a sticker on it the print is very small not like the older units that had them under the dash with big lettering

There should be a matching decal on the left "A" pillar cowl above the upper door hinge.

i looked above the upper door hinge theres no sticker there there is one on the pcm case though looks like RPJ1 followed by what looks like about a 15 digit part number, would the RPJ1 be the code?

Yup, RPJ1 is the PCM catch code. The 15 digit number after it is an engineering number, not a part number.
