Hello everyone, I've been told not to stay in the same speed when you are breakin your car in, so now 1,600 miles later I haven't used my cruise control system until yesterday and IT DOESN'T WORK. On the steering wheel radio controls work and all the controls lights up when the lights are on but no cruise! Anyone confronted this yet? I've had Viper Remote Start and Alarm, and Aftermarket ASC Moonroof installed and both companies double checked their wirings and told me that they are no where near the steering column wiring for the cruise wire. I made an appointment at the dealership on Tuesday the 16th. Will give feedback from the dealer. Any feed backs from the forum??? :help: :mad2:

Did you try going over 40mph when you tired to turn it on? On some cars it will not turn on until you exceed 40mph.

Checked mine as soon as I left the dealer. The cruise should activate at approximately 30 MPH.:( Keep us posted.

When you tried engaging your cruise control, I'm assuming you are NOT just pressing the SET ACCEL button on the steering column, right? You have to press ON and then press SET ACCEL when you are at the desired speed. Let's not overlook the obvious.

Yes, I had both my salesman and the service advisor to test it just to check that I am not retarded!

It's official, it's the factory cruise control servo that needs to be replaced! Check your cruise right of way! Suppose to leave for TX tomorrow morning and now the dealer wants to keep it over night for parts. I guess I'm going to TX w/o cruise!
Could this only be in the 300B model?
