so i was sitting here thinking about how it sucks to be sitting on my ass with the stupid injury from my accident, and drooling over marauders, and then i remembered that when the marauder first came out i loved them, so i went to my local dealership and asked for a brochure. got the last one, so i'm having fun going through it. taking some of my time, also reading everything i can on the forum so when i get my money i can pick the right car, for the right price.

Atleast you'll know quite a bit about it before purchase. I must admit to knowing nothing at all about them when i bought mine except one thing..........

I am buying one of those!!!!!!!

Hope you have a quick recovery and happy hunting.

Do you have any mods in mind that you'll do to the car when you get it?

not really, just basic bolt on's i think, and i'll go from there. Cold Air, and i have a blue and black theme in mind. my uncle painted the rear where it says marauder in red, i think i'd like to do it in blue. that and i want to put the cobra emblems on the fenders. maybe an exhaust at some point because its never loud enough for me. probably do the coil covers too in black, these one's
that one of the vendors on here sell.

That's cool, I'm doing mine in black, and red, named her "Rosie", but the theme is ,"the black, & the red". Welcome, and have fun.

wrong... the marauder motor is hand built by SVT, that is coming via CRUZER, Maury, and his knowledge of the car is endless.

Correct, the Marauder/Cobra/MACH I motors are all hand built at the Romeo assembly plant, which I toured years ago. Quite an impressive place, and the teams of engine builders were very proud of their work.

Now where do you think Ford got the cobra motor from?

LINCOLN so it's not a cobra. 4.6 DOHC started in the Lincoln Mark........

I had four second gen Camaro's and one 77 formula. all of them were fun cars even though they were considered the "disco" camaro's because of all the plastic and stickers. And there still way cheap but hard to find not rusted.

i'm not a big fan of those when they changed the the rubber bumpers. pain in the ass to work on . my friend has one with a 355 in it, it's got some sack to it. he was mad when i told him i was looking at marauders haha.
