Yes Finally after owning the car for over 3 years and spending a small fortune I have achieved a personal goal for myself!! A ticket into the 13 second Marauder club!!

My first run was a shocking 13.728@99.81MPH with a 2.034 60'. The rest of the day my car was very consistant with 4 runs all in the 13.7's except for one run which netted the fastest run of the day 13.639@99.68MPH

Yeah I broke out of my dial in but so did the mustang I raced by more then I did which helped me win. I pulled into the semi finals but I was caught sleeping at the light and got eliminated. Still thrilled with my performance today!

Unfortunatly no. I had that hiccup at the top end of 1st gear that the second tune didn't solve. I went back to my original dyno tune from Powersurge.

I had the convertor lock up on the top end which I think was hurting my E/T's. Your lockup schedule definitly looked better and probably would have put me into the 13.5's

Converter lockup should help your ETs with the cost being the life of the TCC.

Congrat's Paul, hopefully I'll be there soon.

Btw were you running pump gas? I can only imagine what you'd have run if you had header's:eek:

I wish I had headers!!! I ran with a little over a 1/4 tank of Shell 93 octane.

A good race gas tune with full exhaust and I may have a good shot at Cruztakers 13.2 N/A with stock internals.

Care to see who gets closer to that first? lol

I really wonder how much 4.10s are going to do for me at the track. Going from a 3.90 effective rear gear to 4.43 should be worth 2-3 tenths at least?

Ill take the challenge. I guess that means that I have to open up my exhaust a bit now lol

Well I should say see who gets closer to that just in general not first cause you could just buy some spray and be there lol.

LT headers means dyno tune.

Did you even find out your race weight?

I never drove up on the scale.

I think the tune and the convertor made the hugest difference if I had to pick.

My dad doesnt have a 57 retractable, you mean the guy from NJ who has been at Carlisle the past 2 years.
Thanks for all the congrats!
