True, but I'd be scared to put it in a warehouse where yokels in Ram Hemis are pushin and pullin boats after a few pitchers at Master Z's. I'm gonna keep my eyes peels on craigslist for the best price/quality this week and go with something without a dirt floor.

Try retirement communities. Alot of times the residents don't need parking spots and can be had around $50 a month. A steal for underground heated storage.

Yeah I forgot about that one Chris the is an old folks home on Summit and its heated and nice. I will e-mail you.
