Before I would fire my 100 shot after the car hooked up, determined to be aroundd 32-3500 RPM.

Now that I am supercharged the boost is coming on strong at about that RPM, so should I fire the 50 shot nitrous before, say 2800 RPM, to aid in cooling the intake charge or wait till boost is full up?

As soon as you have traction after 2500 rpm. The sooner the better. I used to shoot my tbird right off the line when it saw WOT it started spraying.

If you have good tires, right out of the gate.

The nice part is that these are auto's so the stall will help from an accidental "bog n' boom". So yea. Fire at will!
