If you are a Supporting Member and have not checked the "Supporting Member" Forum recently, you should do so. MM.Net has a special offering that you don't want to miss out on. Get in and get yourself registered before the 15 November cutoff. Time is awastin'.

Yup, but I wouldn't call it paying, its donating:), the name of the forum is supporting members only.

You must donate to get access. Sounds like pay to play to me.

Oh well, just didn't know about it. Is it like the "stonecutters" ? (simpsons)

Supporting members are accorded some additional benefits by virtue of their support for the site and desire to keep the lights on in this place that has become a 2nd (though virtual) home for many of us. Some of these benefits include:

1. Identification of Supporting Members with "Flags" under their screenname/avatar.
2. Access to a "Supporting Members Only" forum.
3. Ability to send multiple PMs (i.e. multiple addressees at once).
4. Additional space in the Photo Gallery for your pics.
5. There may be others -- but those are the ones that I see most often.

Supporting Member and Vendor contributions come back to the membership at large in many ways including on-site support at National and Regional events. Everyone benefits.

Join up or not .... your choice. I have seen first hand what MM.Net does for the membership and am proud to say that I am a Supporting Member.

You use bandwidth and get infomation from here all the time! That is free. You could have events on the west coast if someone would step up to the plate and put one together. Thats what happens here as the owners of the site do not organize them. Get involved and step up to the plate and help! I meet and visit with members when I travel and have been welcomed into there homes. You never know who will turn up at an event so plan one and see who shows up. Some of us on the east coast get out your way once in a while and would like to meet up with you guys. It costs money to operate this place and they give a lot of goods things back to all members. They have a cool thing going on for the supporting members now!

I do. I run my own free Mustang/Ford forum with cruises, drag events, car shows, dyno days, ect. We have over 700 members.

Well said John and Charlie! It took me WAY too long to "step up to the plate" but I'm proud to support the site not only with my interest and presence, but with my dollars. I have seen and enjoyed first hand the way this forum takes care of any of us who participate in special meets and events. It's pretty painless to return the favor. Hope anyone who finds the site entertaining and informative will become a supporting member!:) And did I mention I've met some awesome people in the bargain!!

The word you are looking for is CONTRIBUTE.
It's really not a hard concept to grasp. :P

Nearly every forum on the internet has a location for the folks that care to keep things running. Even the MCM GO FIGURE.

The information I've received on this site is worth far more than my contribution. I've met some new friends as well and I'm about as far away from the East coast as you can get. Last year we organized a meet with the Washington State gang...tons of fun!
