Look for a black MM (in need of a bath) headed from VA to CT tonight. Got very dirty because the little time it spends out of the garage has been in rain as of late! This feels like an event because it's the furthest that I ever drive the car and I haven't made a trip of this length with it in probably 6 months. Trying to keep the mileage down!!

I work for the gov't in Alexandria. Leavin from work. I will be in CT till sunday AM and then coming back. I am going to help my brother work on a POS 1960something 4 door studebaker lark. We are dropping a built 327 chev in it. I am going to try to get the dead straight 6 in it to do a burnout before we pull it. If it involves bleach under one tire and me lifting up on the pass. side of the rear bumper as he gases it then that's what it will take. Will make a video if we succeed.

Alexandria VA to Orange CT took 4 hours 45 minutes. Never thought I would be able to do it that fast. Also succeeded in getting the straight 6 Stude to do a burnout against the brakes. All in all very successful trip.
