Installed intake spacer. set idle to 700rpm, On cold starts sometimes need to press gas peddle alittle. then it idles at 500rpm, It will stall if i punch the gas alittle. as engine warms car runs fine, and idle rpms are 600-700. checked for vacume leaks none. cleaned IAC ..

I did not have any issues like you describe.
It sounds like a leak but I can't think of anything that would be obvious.

I had a slight leak from the rubber tubes that just slide onto the plastic tubes on top of the intake.A couple of hose clamps cured that. Also make sure your intake tube is tight and secure. I had the same issue because it was seperated from the MAF. You can also spray some starting fluid around the spacer, If the idle jumps up then you have a leak in the gasket.
