I waited over 2 months and drove 8 hours one way in hopes of having JJ work on my car. I saw his work in person soon as he finished his Father in Law's Marauder (John Nero) and I was amazed.
Meeting him and his better half was truly a pleasure. They are both really cool and fun to hang out with.
I have never had my Marauder in better hands. He calls and even texts me pictures of the car along the different stages. I never even asked him to do it, he just gives that above and beyond style of service.
I am thankful he agreed to take the job.

Guys, if you only knew the service I am getting from JJ.
I was in Maryland this weekend and as usual, he calls me with updates and even sends progress pics to my cell phone.
Also, he is going above and beyond what we discussed and agreed on for the job. He is not only doing work that was not discussed, but also doing work I told him not to worry about.
I could not be more happy.

ahh bad roof paint..... my brother just redid a roof. Found out Ford put about 4 coats of paint on the roof and then sealed it.... dried to slow because of it being too thick and gasses couldnt escape..... bubbles
is that how Shora's was?

Guys, he finished the car today and already sent many pics to my phone. I think that I may need to see the Dr. in the morning because I cannot stop drooling.
I am serious, he did an amazing job. I am a very picky type of guy but JJ went so far above my expectations that I am shocked and cannot thank him enough.
I waited months after my accident and drove over 8 hours one way just because I wanted to make sure that it was he who made her like new.
Now, I can honestly say that she is 10X better than she ever was. He made her into a work of art.

THats gonna look really nice. Gorgeous job. Ordinarily I'm not a big fan of stripes on our cars but those follow the lines of the car and flow from the hood to the sides very nicely. Thumbs up here.
Does the stripe stop at the taillight sor flow all the way around the trunk lid?
Anxiously awaiting finished pics.

No problem. Please, have JJ do it. I don't care where you live. Have your car towed to him (or make the drive like I did) and just let him work his magic.
You WILL NOT be sorry.

I must have missed the memo, but Shora what happened to your car in the first place?
03Farmmarauder
12-08-2008, 08:50 AM
The car looks great but I do have some questions. How come the door moldings didnt come off the car??? How did you cary the strip on the hood edge thru the blend between the header and the hood??? So basically what does the hood look like when it is open. Same question with the door jams I am guessing there is no overspray of silver or clear on the jams??? Like i said i think the car looks great but just seeing how you did those couple of things!!!

12-08-2008, 05:35 PM
the moldings are very flimsy and easily damaged when removed so we do not take them off unless we replace them. as for the jambs and the hood gap between the header panel it was all masked of with 6 inch paper on the body side and the door side so there is no overspray the same goes for the hood and trunk gaps

If anyone has any questions for me please feel free to ask.
In all honesty, JJ did a lot more work than I asked of him. He did it because it's the type of person that he is.
When it comes to paint, no one in my family or close friends is going to take their cars to anyone else except for JJ. I have been showing them the pics as they became available and they all said something along the line, "this guy knows his stuff AND likes what he does."
These days, few people give that above and beyond type of service. JJ is clearly one of those few. Why take a chance with an unknown when JJ is the real deal?
I could not be more happy.

A few days ago I told JJ the same thing.
He has now forced me to use one of my other cars. I can only use the Marauder for "going out" now.
Why did you have to be soo good JJ. WHY!!!!!!!
