Ill get pics tomorrow

Long story short, the area by the passenger side foglight is indented now (d@mn boxes in the garage) It probably sat pressed up against the bottom bin for a few days, and now i cant push it out:alone:

If i left this out in the sun, would it pop back out? I know a friend had his CVLX backed into and a dent the size of a head on his rear bumper, 10 minutes later it popped itself out and their is 0 signs of damage.

Im tired of these dents! :mad2:

I smashed my whole LR all the way to the tailight and takedown reached up under and in two smacks all is good. Can you brace something behind it and let the sun do the rest?

I can try that, problem is its been overcast for a long while now.

I might have to take part of the bottom plastic thingamajig off and smack it good from the inside, i could barely fit my hand thru the opening in the front.

Just don't update your signature photo, and no one will ever know. . . . duh!

Seriously, I hope you get it fixed. That would drive me nuts.

It may or may not come out. These bumper covers are extremely poorly supported compared to other new cars because they are so friekin heavy. Depends on the shape memory of the urethane.

dammit ryan you managed to ruin one part of a marauder bumper that i need!!! lol

if anything take it off and pop it out, longer it stays like that worse youre gonna be off since plastic like materials tend to "memorize" that position and than youre gonna really have a hell of a time fixing it. right now probably worse youre gonna have is maybe a lil touch up paint here and there.

Blow dryer, Heat gun and press from inside and keep putting cold rag on outside after getting hot hopefully did not crack the paint (little spider cracks) you guys would be amazed the covers when off the cars are very flimsy. Everytime a c/v or Marauder comes into the shop for bumper repairs we usually repair the cover on the veh if possible escp the rear cover they are worse than the frt covers. doesnt look like from pic you got it to bad. Sometimes to get the slight dent ouit if heat gun and cool rag dont work the other option a slight bit of urethane glazing filler afater ground down but by then you have commited to painting the frt cover and it has to be off the veh for that,(atleats if you want to do it right) thats is if the cover is going to be primed and painted. hope that makes sense. If you do the 1st step and dont look to bad leave it alone unless you are willing to refinish the frt cover! ;)

wait, this has happened more than once?

sounds like you need to trade your MM in on a smaller car, like a focus.

Its not from me hitting this, its from things falling on my car, and the fact that the space inside the garage keeps getting smaller and smaller.

Don't trust that man, he thinks AC/DC is Rock N' Roll!

hehe!

Good luck fixing it, doesn't look too bad, but sometimes the smaller things make me more mad than something huge for some reason.

AC/DC not rock n roll? Them is fighting words son!!!!!!!!!

You could always mount one of those hideous 4X4, cop car, backward hillbilly bf push bars on it for the next time.

At this point you might need to just wedge something in there for a couple days for it to remember where it was.
