Seen this numerous times, but forgot to post it.

Sovereign Bank tower parking garage, black MM, always parks on lower levels, usually in a corner, Mass plate with three numbers and one letter (I won't post it here but on this idea 123 A)

Dave, I saw this car twice over the summer. Tom has also spotted him. An older gentleman owns it.
