So I bought a Marauder two weeks ago from Muzi Ford and I love absolutely everything about it. The only thing I didn't love was the Muzi Dealer emblem adhered to the back of the trunk. After using a heat gun on low heat in 30 degree weather to soften the adhesive, it looks like I did irreversible damage to the paint!

Is there anywhere that I can buy a pre-painted (black) panel that goes in-between the license plate and the left taillight (for a decent price)? If I don't replace this, I'm gonna be angry at myself everytime I look at it.

It's all one piece from tail light to tail light including the back-up lights and licence recess. It's not too hard to repaint - it's one small panel that is easily masked off and black is pretty easy to match! cheaper to repaint than replace I think.

Find a good body shop, might be cheaper to repaint than replace.

This is the reason why i insist that all dealer stickers, plates, plate frames, whatever it may be on it be taken off by them before i sign!!!!!! I am not their free billboard. When i see greenbacks monthly we'll talk about ghosting some of there advertising back on. Maybe.

That panel is under $200 new wholesale from member (Ray Senior) TheDealer.

I did the same thing back in 2003.

I am going to get a panel from Ray this winter.

Thanks CRUZTAKER. I think I'll do that.

If I go to a body shop then I'll start thinking how the trunk has a lot of swirls, and the roof doesn't look that amazing either, plus there's a small scratch on the RF door... ...it'll end up being way more than $200

I too requested them to take that bull crap off, before leaving their lot.

MJOR if you dont have one, call Greenleaf auto salvage.

they deal with primarily Forda and i used to work there. i know they have a CVPI rear panel that will do just fine for probably $50. $80 if you ship it lol
