Here is a immaculate, 2000 CV, we just did last year from New Jersey, the car has a upgraded posi, with 3:55 gears dual exhaust, Addco rear sway bar, we installed a custom Vortech air to air with 39 lb injectors blow through Maf, new fuel pump, Auto meter tach, new plugs and stat, the car has 2 1/4" stock exhaust modified in NJ to duals with H pipe, the car made 330 RWHP. Well the owner had to sell the car it was advertised here and a member bought it and sent it back for more mods, we added Metco control arms took the tach out and added the Aeromotive gage, made a custom air box dropped the pulley size to 3.3 it now make 400 RWHP, the owner expressed interest in the Marauder adjustable brake pedals I said I would look into it and it was a piece of cake.

they should take out the 120mph speedo and put in the 140mph interceptor speedo, and paint the grille shell to match the body color.

Nice car though :)

we've also done the Police Interceptor steering and suspension and switched to 4.10s, and we are doing 2 1/2" over the axle mandrill bent exhaust fro m the mufflers back, along with the Marauder bucket seats, with a after market seat heaters, we are adding some CV PI silicone hoses, there are many other ideas in the works, I will post for pictures.

Today we calibrated the speedometer using a Abbot ratio adapter and a hand held GPS it worked perfect.

We are about 90% done on this car, today we added new brakes all the way around as you can see it has Metco CA, we have rebuilt the transmission added a PI 2800 Triple disk,Aero force Gage, we have ran a inertia switch delete wiring, that will be connected by the owner, the car has shorty headers and we are adding 2.5" over the axle pipes.

You said that you added new brakes, the EBC's look like the old ones, what's the new brake package from ?:dunno:
I like the look of the new ones and they look like a direct replacement.

Gonzo it is a company I am now using, I no longer use KVR or EBC, I am having a company in California to make SS lines for the 2000 CV, since no one else does and I sent them, a set of Stock Marauder lines, to make these out of SS steel. I will post them when I get them back.

Well after weeks of waiting, the lines just got here and I will say they look great I will post install pictures tomorrow. This is the first set made for a 2000 CV and I am having a set made for the six speed car as well.

those brake lines look pretty sweet but are they DOT approved for use on our vehicles? if not what kind of pressure rateing is the hose good for?

Well since the company that made them, sell SS brake lines, for many makes and models. I am sure there not selling non approved DOT lines, and for sure they are much stronger than stock rubber OEM lines.

Well I will tell you this, this car is probably the best sleeper I have ever done, the car is almost complete the owner is just a great person, that has never rushed me, I am installing heated bucket seats and the a 2.5" over the axle with stock CV tail pipes the car runs great gets very good gas millage. Will just devastate the tires form a dead stop and it looks like your grandmothers car, that she drives to church in, next week we will be posting up daily shots of the six speed car belonging to another great customer.

That is a wonderful looking car. If I weren't driving an MM, this would be what I'd have. I just don't see how you can beat the bang-for-the-buck that you get from a Panther. To me, they are the current 4-door equivalent of the late eighties 5.0 Mustang LX's. Totally undervalued, totally ready to be made into Euro-beaters for a fraction of the cost (except for the solid rear axle, that is).
Has anyone ever tried grafting an IRS to the Panther? Something like out of the late nineties T-Birds?

 Hmmm! Exlnt hell of a job !AWESOME Dennis Reinheart! when I get my Marauder if is stock I will give to you to modded highly prior to bring it to Puerto Rico to start my terrible mission to destroy some stupid compact sport japanesse/euro/german/ cars and make'em eat dirt and dust and make them pay respect when they see a panther car in the road even when they're driven by an old man :burnout:
