I was speaking with Black Cat today , he needs a cluster assembly to work with..

our gauges are green. is there green plastic glued to the back of the gauge face, and if so does some 1 sell colored plastic to use in place of it?

yes it is.
I was doing the same thing, but was unhappy with how the double fits (rather, it doesn't) around the upper part of the pillar; it wouldn't wrap around / cover it entirely. Did you run into the same problem? Could you provide a close up picture of your pillar pods? Thanks!
