Black MM east on 90/94 near the 71st street exit at about 6 pm 11/25/08. Tint on all windows except front drivers/passenger windows. Route 66 plates with 2***. It also had a police interceptor badge on the back. Also had some sort of chrome insert in the front license plate bracket w/some sort on emblem....maybe a Godshead :confused:
